In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar. Add in the eggs and mix well. Stir until well incorporated. Stir in the cranberries.
Next, add in the applesauce and mix well until smooth.
Stir the baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour until well incorporated.
Stir in the cranberries.
Place dough into a 9″x 5″, greased and floured, loaf pan. In a preheated oven, bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
Cool slightly before removing from the pan.
Serve warm or cooled. Enjoy!
