Cranberry Applesauce Bread
Servings: 9 slices
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Butter melted
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 lg Eggs
- 1 c Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c Flour
- 12 oz Fresh Cranberries or frozen and defrosted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar. Add in the eggs and mix well. Stir until well incorporated. Stir in the cranberries.
- Next, add in the applesauce and mix well until smooth.
- Stir the baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour until well incorporated.
- Stir in the cranberries.
- Place dough into a 9″x 5″, greased and floured, loaf pan. In a preheated oven, bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Serve warm or cooled. Enjoy!
