Taco Dip
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 c Salsa
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 8 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 c Sour Cream
Instructions
- Cook and drain ground beef.
- Add in salsa, and spices. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Add sour cream, then cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle individual Servings with shredded cheese. Enjoy!
